Safe Community

Gold River is made up of 25 separate sub communities known as Villages. Each Village has it's own name and some are gated. The smallest Village has less than 20 homes in it. With an older demographic in this area, safety is very important. You will see people out walking with their kids or walking their dogs from early morning to night showing the residents feel safe at all times of day.

Established Neighborhood

Perfect for the person who likes continuity in their aesthetics. Most of the villages have a certain look to them and an HOA for yard maintenance to help the area always look it's best. The median household income is twice the national median making it the highest income place in Sacramento County! All of these factors help homes in Gold River retain their values and keep it a very desirable place to live.

Peaceful and Picturesque

One of the many features of Gold River is it's tranquil surroundings. Residents can walk along the 5 miles of trails within the community or down by the American River. There is a great little shopping center for most of your retail needs with a small town feel. Large grocery store, variety of restaurants, pet store, dry cleaners, and more!

New Stats Monthly!!!

Here's a chart of the average sales price in this area for the past 15 months. The bigger the gap between the red and the green lines, the fewer sales are likely to be because buyers are unwilling to pay what many sellers are asking.
